    I don’t know where you can get free tutorials, but I would suggest volunteering for an ESL (English as a Second Language) course. Most people find it easier to learn a language from another who actually speaks it. It would be a mutual learning experience, and, of course, free.
    Otherwise, try your local library. They usually have books and audiotapes on this topic that may help you.
