I would love to learn spanish fluently! How long would it take to learn it? & i also know the basics of Italian and apparently they’re similar.. so how long would it take to learn it fluently if your were in a place say Madrid, or learning it in Australia?

I wanted to know if there were any programs that could help me improve my conversational Spanish. I checked out Rosetta Stone but wasn’t sure if it was very effective.
